UK sublabel associated with the EMI label established in 1976, owned by EMI Records Ltd. The Note logo usually appears on the top corners of the front and or back covers of releases, accompanied by the circular EMI logo on a different corner of the release. Catalog numbers start with NTS, and the word "Note" appears on the labels, which are red EMI lettering on tan background. Often on back covers right next to EMI Records Ltd (Hayes Middlesex England, Made and printed in Great Britain.) The logo does not appear as a stand alone label, which could possibly designate it as a series.
