Epic Hall Of Fame

Series from Epic records, not a label. Releases featured the compiling of two hits as a double A-side release. Both A and B sides should be listed in the release main title. Release dates found on labels usually refers to the original track release year and should generally not be used to date the re-release. Releases typically have grey labels and a '15' prefix on the catalog number, much like Epic's previous Memory Lane (2) Series. The new sleeve design closely resembles that of Columbia Hall Of Fame Series later releases. Began sometime in the 1980's after the CBS/Sony partnership gained access to the Columbia catalog.
