Fourth Street East, Inc.

Canadian management and administration company founded in late 1979 by Gary Salter, Tony Donato and Rick Sobottka. The company was not part of Salter's Black And White Sales Consultants (managed by Donato) due to its legal and financial struggles. The first client was Mushroom Records Canada, Inc. but further clients did not materialize with creditors and Interpol pursuing Salter.
