Venue in Cherry Hill, New Jersey Latin Casino, which opened in neighboring Philadelphia back in 1951, moved and reestablished in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with a theater & restaurant by owners David Dushoff and Daniel “Dallas” Gerson in 1960. Sixteen years later, gambling was reintroduced in Atlantic City, and the establishment changed focus to a discotheque, under a new Emerald City name.
