Egil Monn Iversen A/S

Norwegian record company and manufacturer. Started in 1957 and owned equally by the members of The Monn-Keys; Egil Monn Iversen, Arne Bendiksen, [a336101], Per Asplin and Sølvi Wang. In 1964, Monn Iversen, Asplin and Wang sold their shares in the company to Bendiksen. The company changed name to Arne Bendiksen A/S. Sanne kept his 20% stake and continued to work for Bendiksen. The company continued to operate the Norwegian Triola label. In 1983 Arne Bendiksen A/S went bankrupt after being the victim of a financial scam, and relaunched as Arne Bendiksen Records AS.
