Independent underground record label created by Nigel Samuels. The company was located in the offices of The International Times newspaper in London. Samuels then sold the label to Peter Shertser who had been managing the company while it was owned by Samuels. Shertser renamed the company the label `URE’ (`Underground Recording Enterprises’) , and later it became Red Lightnin'
