Finnish company founded in summer 1978 by Vexi Salmi and Jorma K. Virtanen. In 1986 came out beside the company Oy Flamingo Music Ab and a part of issues became as released on CD-format by Flamingo. In 1996 Warner Music Finland Oy became as the owner of the main catalog.
