The label's owner, Pavel "Smutak" Seliun was imprisoned for the murder of his wife Frozendark and Lifeless Visions (the owner of Omega Productions) in August 2012. Pavel Seliun was sentenced to death on 12th June 2013. On April 18th 2014 Seliun's family was informed that he had been executed, the exact date of his execution is unclear Pavel "Smutak" also edited Ciemra Zine.
