DO NOT USE. SARRAL (South African Recording Rights Association Limited) was, for over 40 years, the company that administered Mechanical Rights in South Africa. After a Friday 6th November 2009 South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg ruling, that SARRAL was factually insolvent and was trading in insolvency, the Judge ordered that SARRAL be wound up.
