Croatian subsidiary of the Finnish Sanoma Magazines publishing company, founded in December 2001 as a joint venture between Sanoma Magazines International B.V., Adriatic Net Investors Ltd., Iskon Internet d.d., and the journalist Vladimir Tomić. Published magazines such as Story, Kl!k and Croatian editions of National Geographic and Elle magazines. Ceased to exist under this name after being embedded later into Adria Magazines Holding.
