UK Set up by Dave Long (ex-Splodge and Case manager - Long also set up Victory Records, whose only signing was Combat 84.). Syndicate Records signed The Partisans in late 1983, but The Partisans insisted on their records being released with the Cloak & Dagger Records tag because they didn’t want to be on an Oi-only label. Syndicate went bankrupt in December 1984.
