Data-Mate Ltd. is a family enterprise founded in 1986. It is an independent DVD and CD manufacturing plant and the only one fully owned by Finns. Specializing in digital media, picture, sound and data disc duplication.
The first CD production line started in 1997 and a second CD production line was installed in 1999. With the growing popularity of DVD discs, two Sonic Solutions DVD authoring-mastering studios were installed in 2001. The manufacturing of DVD 5/9/10 discs was started in 2005, as the only one in Finland. Since 2006 Data-Mate has been the only CD manufacturer in Finland.
