Настоящее имя: Possession Records
Possession Records was established in 1991 by Vlad Janicek and Damien DeVille to facilitate releases by the UK gothic rock band NOSFERATU.
In 1991, the manufacturing of NOSFERATU's debut single "The Hellhound E.P." was funded by Mr Janicek's mother. In 1992 and 1993, the manufacturing of NOSFERATU's 2nd single "Vampyres Cry", 3rd single "Diva", 4th single "Inside The Devil" and 5th single "Savage Kiss" was funded with £14,000 by A.E.Morgan Publications Ltd (Damien DeVille's employer from 1988 to 1996).These releases helped to facilitate Possession Records a licensing deal with Los Angeles-based Cleopatra Records. In 1993 NOSFERATU released their first studio album "Rise" which was funded by a £3,000 loan from Vlad Janicek, a £3,000 loan from Damien DeVille, a £3,000 loan from Mr DeVille's mother, a £500 loan from Mr DeVille's grandmother, £300 from mail order sales from The Gothic Society and a $1,000 US advance from Cleopatra Records. A further £3,000 loan from A.E. Morgan Publications helped to finance the UK and German advertising campaigns in "Melody Maker", "New Musical Express" and "Zillo" to promote this album. In 1994 Possession Records released "The Prophecy" album in the UK and Germany. This was funded by advances from EFA Medien GmBH and Cleopatra Records. It reached number 14 in the UK independent charts. Possession Records was dissolved in 1995 following the breakdown of Mr DeVille's and Mr Janicek's working relationship.
