German record company based in Berlin, founded in 1981 by Karl-Ulrich Walterbach. The company is usually referred to as just Modern Music (12) on releases by the labels that it owned. Owner of the following labels until 2001: Noise Records Noise International T&T Records Aggressive Rockproduktionen Diadem Machinery Records Dynamica Sold to Sanctuary Records Group Ltd. in 2001.
