Estudios Reunidos

Brazilian recording studios, created by Som Indústria E Comércio S.A. in association with Indústrias Elétricas Sinter S.A.. Official company name: Estúdios Reunidos De Gravações Ltda. aka Estúdios Reunidos Ltda. The new studios, inaugurated on 6 May 1954 (the project dated back a few years earlier), were presented by the press as a great technical-artistic organization able to meet the requirements of the Brazilian phonographic industry. Originally located in Avenida Rio Branco 47, the studio - 14 meters long, 8 meters wide, 5 meters and 80 centimeters high - was equipped with reversible walls, acoustic and electronic rooms, double recording booth (which allowed, at the same time, to record and master) as well as a luxurious bar. Later located at Avenida Paulista, 900. 4th floor, São Paulo, Brazil (in the building of the Fundação Cásper Libero aka Edifício Gazeta).
