Created in 2003 in Montpellier (France), DELETE RECORDS originally called DELETE RECORDINGS AND MEDIAS, is a structure dedicated to the diffusion and production of electronic music as well as multimedia arts. Initially, the ambition was to produce some authentic releases following the DIY principle and create a collection of disc objects. 5 albums, called “shell box collection” have been produced from 2003 to 2005 following this artisanal process. The disc production was entirely homemade and auto distributed. After an inactive period from 2005 to 2008, the project was brought back to life in Barcelona (Spain) with a newsfeed, called “D3l3t3.net” and based on different web shared contents . Its aim is to review the creative landscape still growing on internet or anywhere else. 2010 - Cat (Cat Gabal) has joined the project team and together with Sylvain will give a new direction to the label (with vinyls production) whilst ensuring we stay focus on the original aim.
