Distributor, record and music publishing company. In 2001, the record companies Amigo and Bonnier Music were merged together, which resulted in the new company name Bonnier Amigo Music Group AB. In 2009, CEO Fredrik Ekander along with Cai Leitner, Kent Gillström and Christian Drougge bought the entire company from Bonnier AB to form Cosmos Music Group AB, which name since 2015 has been shortened to Cosmos Music AB.
