Named after Canada's first Prime Minister, the Sir John A. Record Company existed from November 1966 to January 1969. Formed to celebrate Canada's centennial year in 1967 by local Ottawa personality John Pozer and musician/artist Ron Greene - the label tapped into some of the Ottawa area's hottest up and coming bands. The records issued were very limited pressings of 100 to 500 quantities.
The SJA series (#s 1-7) were all made in Canada by the RCA Victor Company Ltd. at the RCA Records Pressing Plant in nearby Smiths Falls, Ontario.

• Norman Greene (a.k.a. Don Norman and Ron Greene) on RG 1015, RG 1017, RG 1018, RG 1019, SJA 3
