Publishing company for songs written by the three-piece R.E.M. (usually credited as "Buck, Mills, Stipe"). Formerly affiliated to BMI, since 2017 affiliated to SESAC and administered by Universal Tunes. The predecessor for the original four-piece line up was Night Garden Music.
