Trio Records And Productions

Trio Records and Productions Was started in 1997 by Ken Aldcroft and John Sorensen to produce and promote creative original music projects in the form of recordings, concerts and tours. Trio Records had been a registered partnership in British Columbia since 1999 but in 2003 was reformed as a sole proprietorship in Ontario. Trio Records has released nineteen recordings with Trio Records it's twentieth to be released in the winter of 2015. Trio Records has also produced or co-produced over twenty concerts which have included the Ken Aldcroft Quartet performing live scores to Buster Keaton's "The General" and "Our Hospitality", Mark Helias' Open Loose Trio and the Swell / Ullman 4tet featuring Barry Altschul.
