Shellacs pressed in Munich between 1948 and 1954 (series 3000) carry "LIC. 91 APO 407" on the bottom labels, a permit / licence of the US military government in Munich.
Since 1956, the plant used unique sequential stamper numbers for each vinyl format.

70001 - 70296 (1961 - 1976)
The plant also used other numbers, e.g.
5146 - 5542 for Special Record 7" EPs, usually in combination with ST, STR or STU.
90001 - 90060 for LPs with fairy tales and adventure stories.
50077 - 50664 for LPs with adventure stories or for special pressings.
