Tivoli - in english often named The Tivoli Gardens - is an amusement park/pleasure garden in central Copenhagen, Denmark. As music venue "Tivoli" or "Tivoli Gardens" generally refers to Tivoli Koncertsalen, Copenhagen (Tivoli Concert Hall). Inside Tivoli there are and have been more venues, Tivoli Varietéen later renamed Glassalen, Copenhagen, Vise Vers Huset, Jazzhus Slukefter, Tivoli Gardens, now defunct Dansetten and Tivoli's open air arena Plænen, Tivoli where free major acts concerts are held in the summer season.
