Opernwerkstatt Am Rhein

The "Opernwerkstatt am Rhein" was founded by the Cologne director and theater maker Sascha von Donat and the Düsseldorf cultural manager and management consultant Kerstin Witting and is a non-profit association. It is important to the ensemble of the Opernwerkstatt am Rhein to test boundaries, to experiment with material and to take unconventional paths. In its work, the Opernwerkstatt also promotes young artists and involves people with disabilities in the work processes on and/or behind the stage.
