WQHT (97.1 FM, Hot 97) is an American radio station in New York City under the corporate ownership of Emmis Communications. The studios of WQHT are based in the TriBeCa neighborhood in Manhattan, and the transmitter is based from atop the Empire State Building alongside most TV and radio stations transmitting from there.
