More Dusty Than Digital
Настоящее имя: More Dusty Than Digital
Former American record store and one off indie label in Atlanta's historic Old Fourth Ward. Doors of the original location opened in 2001 at 736 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, sharing the address with Atlanta's notorious MJQ Concourse with whom they were frequent collaborators. After it's unexpected runaway success, the store would expand and migrate to Atlanta's Little 5 Points neighborhood.
Originally conceived as connoisseur concept, MDTD became internationally known for it's meticulously curated selection of hip-hop, rare groove, soul, funk, Jazz and everything between. Besides being the ground zero for Atlanta's bubbling underground hip hop movement, it would also prove to be the incubator ATLiens DJ Rashida (former DJ for PRINCE) and ITF and DMC Champion, DJ Klever (DJ for Yelawolf). The founding members were DJ’s Rob Wonder, J Son, Sek and Scott Weatherwax.
