Edition Kaleidos

Kaleidos was founded in 2007 by the sound engineer and music producer Jens F. Meier as part of the company Kaleidos media & arts. From the beginning, the basic idea was to produce selected, conceptual programmes with a high repertoire value and thus to focus on the work of the music authors themselves. The label publishes programmes in the fields of classical music, new music and world music as well as its own edition of "Classical Music for Children". The concept of the label includes the consistent classification of the releases in different " editions that decidedly represent musical style, repertoire and artists. Kaleidos is an independent music label that is exclusively committed to each individual music production (content and artists). Turning this respective individual project into a good product is the producer's task and goal. In doing so, a close connection between the individual areas of planning, music production, editing, graphic design, marketing, distribution on the one hand and the performing artists on the other is necessary and sensible, so that a sound carrier becomes authentic and appealing
