Philips Music Group

Briefly the name of the classical music division of Polygram. It was established in 1997 after a reorganisation of Philips Classics Productions. In 1999, operations moved from Amsterdam to London and were merged into the Universal Classics & Jazz division of the Decca Music Group Limited.
