Portraits Of Worship/Praise

A short series of Praise and Worship albums released by Spirit-Led Records in the late 1990s and distributed by Provident Music Distribution, Inc.. These recordings were mostly re-packaged versions of independent albums (or leased masters) from the featured artists. The "Portraits" series included some albums labeled as "Portraits Of Worship" and others as "Portraits Of Praise". Featured artists on these recordings included Geron & Becky Davis, Mark Condon, Dave Williamson (2) and others. Each recording included a title (i.e. "Portraits Of Worship Live") and then named the church where the album was recorded as the artist, even if previous versions of the release may have listed the worship leader, arranger, or primary songwriter as the artist. Some of the projects included a subtitle, such as "Raise Up A Mighty Generation"; and others simply listed the series volume number, such as "Volume One"
