British record company behind the MAM label. Founded by Gordon Mills (2) and Tom Jones. (Legally incorporated 5th Nov 1968 as M.A.M. Records Ltd.) The company was renamed Chrysalis Copyrights Ltd. on the 1st Jun 1993.
The label was distributed by Decca in the UK and London (later PolyGram) in the U.S.
In July 1985 the company became part of the Chrysalis Group PLC. due to parent company Management Agency & Music Ltd merging into the Chrysalis Group Ltd.
