Verbum Förlag AB

The foundation for this Swedish publisher was registered as a limited company as early as in 1911. Its first registered company name was as Svenska kyrkans ekonomi AB. In 1982, Svenska kyrkans ekonomi AB was renamed and registered as Verbum Förlag AB. Verbum Förlag AB was then fusioned with Berling Press AB in 2013. Since December 2013, Verbum AB is the new registered name after this fusion. Also since then, Berling Media AB is the registered parent company of publisher Verbum AB.
