Japanese record company established in May 1990. The company was previously called Apollon Music Industrial Corp. The company continued to manufacture and distribute Western artists on the Shrapnel Records and Roadrunner Records labels. In July 1996 the company changed its named to Bandai Music Entertainment Inc.
