Dutch commercial television station. Owned by RTL Nederland, a subsidiary of RTL Group, Luxembourg, which is majority-owned by German media conglomerate Bertelsmann AG.
Launched 1989 under the name RTL Veronique as a collaboration between the staff of Veronica and CLT (Compagnie Luxembourgeoise de Télédiffusion). Renamed RTL4 in 1990.
