Run by Paul Hostia and Thorn Hoedh, best known as Moksha, in Hamburg, Germany. 23 Temple succeeded their previous label, TANTRYS HASCYAH CAELISTYS, around 1994-1995. Catalog numbers continued where the previous label left off. Early releases also referred to the label by the name "Temple Music".
