Colander
Настоящее имя: Colander
Conceived by Darren Giddings as a cassette label in the early 1980s making limited/on demand releases, Colander aimed to release singles by local bands in the Bath/Chippenham area of the UK (in the end only providing sleeve designs for bands such as The Fontaines (2)), but in the end the first formal release was not until 1992, by which time Giddings was based in Swindon. Various incarnations of the label - mainly cassette and cd-r based - followed Giddings to Newcastle upon Tyne in the mid-1990s, before he returned to the west of England in 1998. The second formal release was a 12" single in 2002 and there have been several extremely limited issues on cd-r and lathe-cut 7" since.
