Legend Studios

Located in in the small town of Lynden Washington, Legend Studios was less than 50 miles from downtown Vancouver BC, just south of the Canada–US border, on 30 acres of land. Officially launched by Randy Bachman in 1980 (though Bachman had owned the property since 1975), the recording complex was described in Billboard Magazine as being housed on the second story of newly constructed barn and having a 24-track Trident “A” series board (soon being upgraded to 48 track). The adjoining “mansion” was described as having 38 rooms, including 13 bedrooms, an indoor pool, game room, and a chef on premises.
