GMI Rights Management

Publisher and Record Label Since November 2022, GMI has a sub-publishing agreement with Universal Music Publishing Group for territories of the South Caucasus region (Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan) and represents UMPG in Georgia. The label also has sub-publishing agreements with Audio Network Plc and Blue Sun. Following its agreement with UMPG, GMI began re-releasing many soundtrack recordings from their catalogue digitally in cooperation with Georgian Film. GMI was the first Georgian company to operate independent of the USSR and obtain direct representation for Georgian artists.
