EMI Virgin Music Publishing France

French publishing company formerly owned and administered by EMI Music Publishing. This company, along with other "EMI Virgin"-named publishing companies, weren't included in the sale of EMI Music Publishing to Sony/ATV-led consortium, under request of European Commission. Included to divestment was also Famous Music Publishing Ltd., never owned by EMI but owned by Sony/ATV since 2007. These companies were sold to BMG Rights Management in May 2013. The group of divested music publishing companies was also known as "Rosetta", as it appeared in transitional legal names of these companies. The company is now known as BMG VM Music France.
