Founded in the 1950's by Edward J, Greene, Charles Osgood and George Wilkins.
Started out at 1129 Vermont Ave. N.W. Washington D.C. and later moved to 1627 K St. N.W.
Stopped operations in the early 1970's.
Very prolific output including many well known artists as well as many obscure no hitters that were issued only as acetates.
