Recording company incorporated in July 1982 by Bob Thiele, and dissolved in 1994. Operated two labels at first: the existing Signature (4) for pop music, and a new label, Doctor Jazz, for new sounds (including those of his wife Teresa Brewer) and reissues of old Signature (4) recordings.
