Logica Technology

Founded in 1969, Logica was a worldwide technology company based in London. They endured multiple mergers and acquisitions requiring name modifications including LogicaCMG from 2002 until 2008. The Logica brand name ceased use in 2013 after they were acquired by the Canadian based CGI Group. Primarily responsible for many telecommunications and infrastructure projects, they also developed digital recording tech used on some of the early CD's produced by EMI.
