The company connected to the current Spin-Farm. Since 22 March 2002 Universal Music Oy became the majority shareholder of Spin-Farm Oy as the owner of the labels. The company name Spin-Farm Oy was terminated and merged 31.12.2014 to Universal Music Oy.
