Musée de l'Homme

The "Museum of Mankind / Humanity", created in 1937 by Paul Rivet, is a research center and an anthropology museum under the authority of various ministries, grouping several entities from the CNRS, being one of the seven departments of the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle. Its collections have been mainly transfered to the Musée Du Quai Branly (2006) but it is still used as a museum.
