ORF Funkhaus

Austrian radio broadcasting complex built 1935-38, compromising studios and staff of Radio Österreich 1, ORF Radio Wien and Radio FM4. Till 1996 also Ö3 was broadcasted from the same address before they moved to an own headquarter. Also home of ORF Radio-Symphonieorchester Wien. Public events and concerts that are broadcasted as well get organized in the RadioKulturhaus. In 2016 the building was decided to be sold and all studios and radio stations to be moved to a new ORF center.
