Professional Sound was a series from Three Blind Mice which highlighted releases that were recorded on multi-track masters at twice the normal tape speed, with the aim of further improving sound quality without deteriorating performance. Writings on the series logo indicate, to the effect of, "76cm/sec. of 16ch. Master Tape Clear Good Sound Quality" Certain releases in the series were new releases in the Three Blind Mice catalog, notably the TBM-3000 releases. Other releases in the series were reissues from the "main" series (TBM-1 through TBM-78), specifically TBM-65, TBM-73, TBM-74, TBM-76, TBM-77, and TBM-78. There is also at least one reissue from the TBM-2500 range.
