CBS Music Publishing

This name was most commonly used for "new" publishing division of CBS Records (now as a legally separate company known as CBS Records Inc.), founded in some countries after CBS Songs was sold to SBK Entertainment World Inc. in 1987. Also they acquired Tree International publishing company in 1989. It was renamed to Sony Music Publishing in 1990, alongside CBS Records renaming to Sony Music Entertainment.
