Recording and rehearsal studio located in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham run by Jon Buxton, Terry Boazman and Steve Law.
Between 1983 - 1986 Jon Buxton & Terry Boazman (ex Misspent Youth) ran Flick International Recording Studios in 3 Cellars of The Argent Centre, Frederick Street, in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. Also housed in their back office was the record company No Rip Off Records run by Paul Panic (ex Solihull punks The Accused, Eye Do It & future bass player with Heronimus Fin). The 8 track studio made copious demos and mastered several releases by artists such as Brian Connolly's The Sweet, Felt (Let The Snakes Crinkle Their Heads To Death - Creation Records), Napalm Death (shortest ever song), The Pungent Smells, 16 bands who featured on the 'A Night At The Flicks' compilation LP and many, many more.
