G.U.S. Records

G.U.S. RECORDS is an American label based in Detroit (Michigan) created at the beginning of 2021 by a vinyl record collector ‘'Soul & Funk'' in the person of Gustavo C. in order to propose productions exclusively ‘'Unreleased'' that have never been officially produced in the 80’s and offered for sale by labels from the demos of the projects, acetate discs, “demo” tapes or even official productions that were only available in tapes format in the 80’s. Thus was born the label G.U.S. RECORDS meaning ''Golden Unreleased Songs'' with a nod to the founder of the label in order to offer to all fans in the world vinyl records in limited edition (from 300 to 500 copies max.) which will certainly become collection discs with the particularity of having a serial number stamped on the disc or the cover certifying the authenticity and limited edition production of the vinyl records. The other special feature of G.U.S. RECORDS label is to develop a fairly simple and efficient distribution network for obvious practical and logistical reasons by favouring only the distribution and sale of productions through a few dedicated distributors based in the U.S., in Europe, the United Kingdom and Japan.
