Philips Portuguesa, SARL Distribution Company. Portuguese division of Philips. Chronology: Started its activity in July 1974 and used this name until December 1978. Then renamed as Polygram Discos SARL until around 1986/1987. Then renamed to Polygram Discos, S.A. (2) and again renamed in the late 1990s to Polygram Portugal S.A..
