Recording studio located in Paris, France (EU). It was set up by the engineer Gerhard Lehner by request of Barclay, label founder Eddie Barclay in the mid 50s. It was active from 1956 until 1980. Please note, in despite of the phone prefix change, which was operated in Paris in 1963, a few acetates issued from the studio were still reading the old phone number prefix until approximatively 1971, because of stock’s reasons. For example, this 1971 release. It was changed with a new label then, like found on this 1977 release.
Sometimes credited as Studio Barclay, as on Idiote Je T'Aime....
