T.T.G. Studios

Full name: T.T.G. Inc. Sunset-Highland Recording Studios. Recording studio in Los Angeles, California (USA) near the corner of Sunset and Highland in Hollywood. Founded in 1965 by engineers Tom Hidley and Ami Hadani, who were known as the 'Two Terrible Guys' - hence the acronym T.T.G. Famous albums known to have been recorded here include Freak Out!, Hot Rats, and Waiting For The Sun, among others; early pressings of Freak Out! include a 'Freak Out Hot Spots!' map that lists the studio as item # 26.
